Here is a list of trophies that Greenwich Swimming Club awards through the course of the year.

Either for 1st place in an event at the Club Championship gala held at the end of the year or for personal effort demonstrated throughout the Year: 

The Penny Clark Trophy - Boy or Girl up to Bronze: a real beginner who has improved and shown commitment and good attendance.

The Bill Walters Trophy - Girl Bronze & above For attendance, commitment and effort.

The Ian Daniels Trophy - Boy Bronze & above For attendance, commitment and effort.

The Bernard McGovern Trophy - Boy & Girl Under 11 Most improved times and who has shown all round effort and commitment.

The Marsh Salver - Girl Over 11 Most improved times and who has shown all round effort and commitment.

The Len Webb Trophy - Boy Over 11 Most improved times and who has shown all round effort and commitment.

Here is an engraving of the first Greenwich Baths. This was the third public baths and washhouse in the country and was sited on the junction of Royal Hill and London Road. Known as the London Road Baths it preceded the present pool at the Arches. Greenwich Town Hall was built on its site.
